Italian Painter Inaugurates Lithograph Exbition In Chisinau

(BASA-press) Italian painter Diana Zonfrilli came to Chisinau with a collection of
lithographs to exibit at the National Museum. The exhibition is part of the "Days of Dante Alighieri in Chisinau". Last year, Zonfrilli won the second prize at the international exbition "Referendum Poporale" in Rome. Her nine lithographs have been brought to Moldova by Italian businessman Amedeo Carrocci. Carrocci told BASA that the works are insured by a milan company. Zonfrilli's lithographs are avluated at $30.000. At the opening cerimony, Molodovan poet Iulian Filip, head of Chisinau's Municipality culture department, stated that last year he took part in original area in Chisinau. The portion of the street adjacent to the Licurici Puppet Theatre, the National Library and the National Museum might be a "spiritual marked" street, according to Filip.

Biography


Diana Zonfrlli born in Capua (CE) on 11 August 1948. She lives in Via Carlo Caneva 25, 00159 Roma, telephone number 06/4384434. 
She is a Painter. She devoted herself to painting since childhood. She cleverly learned from the Impressionist School, drawing an own personality focalized on the light. She has been selected several times from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" to realize some litographies of the golden and baroque Rome. She has been called by some companies to reproduce litographies of typical town forshortenings. She has been awarded several prizes and received numerous critical agreements. Some of her works are in private collections abroad and all over Italy. Favourable opinions of the Italian press: Il Tempo, Corriere della Sera, Il Messaggero, Il Giornale d'Italia, Paese Sera, Idea, Sabato, Roma allo Specchio, Ciociaria Oggi.
